Introduction
Mpact Plastic Containers is looking for a highly motivated Graduate Industrial Engineer to join our team and support our Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This opportunity forms part of our Graduate Development Programme and offers exposure to manufacturing operations, data analytics, process optimisation and automation projects within a dynamic industrial environment. Job description

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Industrial Engineer, you will support the business by:

  • Analysing manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Supporting continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process digitisation
  • Developing data analysis and operational performance dashboards
  • Assisting with process mapping, root cause analysis and gap analysis
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, productivity and cost performance
  • Participating in operational improvement projects delivering measurable business value
