A Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization to ensure that products and services meet the required standards and specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, testing products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with company quality procedures and regulatory requirements. The Quality Technician works closely with production, and quality teams to identify defects, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The position also involves maintaining accurate inspection records, preparing quality reports, and assisting with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, the Quality Technician ensures that measuring equipment is properly used and maintained, supports process improvements to reduce defects, and helps maintain a strong culture of quality throughout the Company.
