To ensure the efficient and effective production of injection moulded products on the shift by effectively controlling all production resources utilized in order to achieve the production and quality targets set, while ensuring that SHEQ standards are maintained.

To be responsible for effectively preparing for mould changes, for completing mould changeovers efficiently and timeously, for testing and start-up and ensuring that first off is available, and for handing machines on which mould changeovers have taken place over to the Production Supervisors, while adhering to Mpact’s HSE policies and procedures. In addition to monitor production and machine efficiencies and maintenance with a view to enhancing production output and quality.
